Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had two informational calls with alumni (one BBA, one MBA) from my university. After the calls, my resume was passed along to HR. From there, I met with a recruiter in-person, was provided additional details regarding the process, and was asked to complete a personality assessment and a case study. The case study detailed a sell-side M&A transaction in which I was tasked with providing a 4-5 paragraph write up detailing the strengths and weaknesses of the company after reviewing the sell-side deck.
