Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked extensively with alumni at the company - well connected. Spoke early and was proabably my most well connected bank going into the process. The first interview was in-person on campus and was a 2-on-1 (2 analysts who were alumni) who I'd spoken with before- the questions began behavioral for the first 10 min, moved on to technicals for 10-15 mins and a brain teaser or two (30 min interview) - got a superday 2 days later Superday - 5 interviews (Leadership, creativity, technical, Case study, and attention to detail). the case study was an example company where you had to talk about how it would expand thorugh M&A, any basic issues as well. The technicals were typical (400 question guide). In the attneiton to detail one I had to edit a slide. The others were behavioral and just a conversation. Be yourself - the MD/Director/Principle interviews are looking for a personable individual who they could see themselves working with - potential to be a future MD.
