Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview Process: Initial Phone Screen with Recruiter
IQ Test: Just math and memorization type questions pretty easy and you get two attempts
Technical Exam: Comps Analysis product you present to two associates who also ask you a few questions mainly your though process, outside factors that could affect this company and walking them through a DCF as well
Super Day: 4 30 minute interview, First round Associate and Analyst, Second Round Associate and Analyst, Third Round Head MD, Fourth Round MD and VP of my office and group. (Beware of them asking trap questions about going into IB or your plans for the future, otherwise it was all get to know you questions at super day pretty chill)
