It was very straightforward. First round was mostly behavioral with a few technicals. Second Round was basically all technical, with not too many questions from the guides, it was a lot more of using what you learned in prep and having critical thinking skills to apply it to different situations. Super Day was 3 interviews and some were technical and some behavioral. everyone was super nice and helped you with small clues when you got stuck on some of the confusing multi-step technicals.
Interview Questions

Interview process was relatively standard- came to campus for info session then did 2 on 1 interviews with each candidate the morning after. This one was by far the most technical, couple questions on capital structure that ranged into the more theoretical side (e.g. Miller-Modigliani). Then another one on one zoom with an associate which was super relaxed. Then a 2 hour superday with 4 interviews, ranging from HR to an MD.
Interview Questions
Questions in general were not that hard- trickiest one was about at what point does cost of debt become so high that it becomes dilutive to returns of equity
