Interview
Sure! Here’s a more concise version:

The interview process with Lloyd’s was smooth and well-organized. It began with a first-round virtual interview with an HR representative, which focused on behavioral questions and my interest in the firm. After passing that stage, I was invited to a final round with two directors. These interviews were more in-depth and included both behavioral and light technical questions.

Everyone I spoke with was professional, approachable, and eager to share more about the firm. The culture came across as collaborative and intellectually driven.

Interview
Straightforward online application process with Numerical Reasoning and SJT tests as would be expected for similar ability candidates i.e. Apprentices. Followed by a phone interview then assessment centre at their group learning centre. Assessment centre consisted of group activity, written task and 1-1 interview. Recruiters and co-ordinators all very helpful and friendly.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected part was the request for a written task, which is not common at assessment centres in my experience. A letter from a retail customer and their needs was provided, along with details of the products offered by the lender. A handwritten letter was to be produced in response to the customer, advising them on potential routes forward and products they should consider, given their financial situation and need.
