Interview
The interview consisted of two Zoom interviews, both consisting of behavioral. There were a few technical questions. After that round, I was given a case study where I was tasked with building an LBO model. Then, there was an interview to discuss my model and assumptions with the two people I previously interviewed with.
Interview Questions
Walking through the assumption of the model and my reasoning behind it was tough. You really don't need to focus on the mechanics of how the model works but more of how you can back up your thesis on margins, OPEX, etc.

I am still waiting to hear back, but have completed two virtual interviews so far. The first one was strictly behavioral, and the second was fully technical. I was asked about their portfolio companies, why growth equity, and then a set of basic technicals. He went pretty in-depth on deferred revenue, as well as valuing different aspects of a company.
Interview Questions
The most difficult questions were related to describing the operations of their portfolio companies. Do your research ahead of time to understand their business models and how they operate. I was asked to identify specific risks pertaining to one of their portco's, and the depth at which I was asked was the most difficult part.

Nothing was remarkably difficult, but they did ask questions about interesting healthcare companies that would make for good LBO targets - the team knows their stuff, so you can't BS with some half-assed company or idea. Remember, they know more about healthcare than you do.
