Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance/FLDP Program

There was an initial phone interview, very basic financial accounting questions during the initial phone conversation.

Then there was a 'superday' of sorts where they would bring you out to their corporate HQ and you would have 2-3 1:1 and a couple of group interviews with a hiring manager, financial manager, and then a few analysts.

Then the offer comes, and you will be asked to do a drug test/complete an *extensive* background check. DO NOT LIE ABOUT ANYTHING DURING THIS PROCESS*** For some positions down the road, they will administer a lie detector test, and if your answers do not match what are on your initial hiring documentation, you may not get the promotion.
