Started with a phone interview, where I had to pitch and talk about my background. Got offered superday on the spot, which consisted of 6 total interviews and a pitch. Interviews were challenging but not unusually so. Make sure you have a contrarian idea when you pitch. Some market-based questions but nothing super technical
