Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On-campus interviewing for first round - 30 minutes, mix of technical and fit. Nothing too complicated, very typical IBD questions, a couple of brain teasers. After being progressed, had to take a 3 hour personality / IQ test in a computer lab - IQ portion was straightforward, the personality assessment was arbitrary and annoying. Invited out to final superday in NY offices, had a case study, a fit interview and a technical interview. Helps to be somewhat across the principal investment strategy, do quick numbers math.
