So make sure you're ready for the standard phone interview questions and you've prepared yourself to do well in the SHL testing.

At the on site interviews, there will be one interview with HR and also one with the manager/s for the team/s you would go into. Be prepared to talk to more than one manager without any warning because if there is more than one potential business group, you will also meet with them.
