Please describe the interview / hiring process.
All phone interviews as I was overseas at the time.
Consists of HR phone interviews, interviews with a panel of bankers and one on one interviews.
At the end of the interview process, there was a technical test (modelling test).
Once you have passed all the phone interivews - the final step is the IQ / SHL test where you will have to go in person and sit a 3+ hour test.
