Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received a call from HR for a quick phone interview. Was then asked to complete a computer assessment that measures your personality and IQ. Was then flown up and put in a nice hotel for a full day of interviews with each member of the NY group. Then had an additional phone interview with group members who weren't NY based. Received an offer and accepted.
