Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR seemed to be of a low standard.
- Very slow initial contact,
- Interviewer sounded as though they hadn't read my application or CV, I was greatly underqualified for the position (I had no evidence of quant or VBA skills: for a market risk position) but they liked my high GPA,
- was told "if you don't hear anything its good news", which was inaccurate.
- HR were polite and easy to talk to.
