Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received an invitation for a phone interview with an associate director and an analyst.
Basic biographical questions and case study about debt sizing with a funding scenario (senior loan + HY bonds ). I recommend working well the basic ratios of debt sizing.
I have then been invited for psychometric tests online.
Process is quite long but people are quite nice.
