Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started off with a HR call - asked normal qns on resume and why macq type of qns. After that you go for the test, which is about 3 hrs long, consisting of quantitative, english, patterns, and personality tests. After gg through that round, you get to go for the interview with the head of equity research and a couple of analysts whom would ask you technical qns and also about your experience thus far.
