Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was pretty intense in that you met with a couple of Analysts and Associates who all grilled you on your stock pitches. Also met with someone in Sales and of course, HR. I had an initial phone interview, an interview with the Analyst, a personality / IQ test, and then another set of interviews with other Analysts. The most difficult part in the process was that it dragged out over several months.
