Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Emailed the HR who is my alumni, got the final interview. I guess it was already too late to set up a phone interview. But before that I had an IQ test, calculations, graphs, readings, vocab....It was really hard, but I never knew my score throughout the hiring process. Then went to the final interview, two interviewers, one manager who is Australian, one managing director who is Indian. The australian interviewer asked normal questions, and did not last too long, only 20 some minutes. But the indian interviewer did not ask normal questions, he basically jumped out questions as he find anything interest on my resume. And he asked me a brain teaser question, I never prepared for any brain teaser. Started off giving the wrong answer, but answered right after that, and I thought quickly. Then he just seemed not to care about my resume anymore, and started to ask my personal interests. We had a lot in commmon. Guessed that is why I got the offer.
