After speaking to a 2nd year analyst and handing him my resume, I was asked to do the actual online application just fpr having my data in the system.
A few days late the HR department called and scheduled a date for an interview, which lasted for about 3 hours. There have been technical questions about accounitng, valuation. They were also focused on motivation, story and delivery.
