Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through interview process as part of on-campus recruiting program, which consisted of submitting a resume and cover letter and initially meeting with two representatives of the firm on campus. After an intiail round interview of roughly 45 minutes, I was invited to the firm's offices for a super day interview attended by roughly 8-10 other undergrads from various Universities throughout the state. The Interviews focused on my coursework and prior job experience, altogether speaking with 4-5 professionals at the firm. No written or technical test was given.
