Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round on campus, 2-on-1 interview. Pretty standard questions, some brainteasers, know the 3 financial statements.
Then took a 3-4hr long personality/IQ test at an external test center. No way to prepare for this, as there doesn't seem to be a right answer to the personality questions.
Superday at the NYC office, 3 rounds. One 2-on-1 interview, one PE case study, and one interview with an MD. Definitely one of the more technical interview processes I've been through.
