Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1:
Meeting various groups, depending on which you've indicated in your preferences during the application form. It'll be a 2 on 1 interview. (will meet VP's, Assocs, Analysts)
Round 2:
Invitation to their office to take a online assessment test. Pretty generic stuff.
Round 3:
Meet the various group's MD's, essentially the group heads of whichever groups decided to progress you through from the first rounds.
