First round interview - much more behaviourally based interview which assessed leadership skills, ability to establish rapport, how personable I was, there was also a broad based question on a deal that was occurring in the market for the bank and some follow up questions regarding this deal
Second round interview - case study on an IPO that the bank had done and technical questions around that deal
Dinner and drinks was also weaved into the process to assess your social skills and how well you got along with the team
Work culture at the bank was good - people are extremely down to earth given the nature of the work
