Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started with HR sending me an email to invite for a phone chat-lasted about half an hour mainly fit type of questions like tell me about yourself and what's your strengths and weaknesses? Second round is onsite with one associate and another VP still mainly fit questions. Like why Mac Cap? Why metals and mining? What did you do in your last employment?
