What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone interview was quite technical, which seems to be in line with what I heard from other applicants. However, an analyst at the firm told me that it would be about 50-50 between technicals and behavioral questions but I thought it was more 70-30 toward technicals. Overall, it was pretty standard questions (walk me through a DCF, accounting, etc). Nothing jumped out and surprised me.
