Junior Trader

I applied online senior year of college and was called for a phone interview within a week. The phone interview was conducted by HR for a specific junior trading role. It was mostly informational and the contact knew little about the specifics. They wanted me to take an assessment test, but I would need to fly to another city to take the test then go to NY at some point to interview for a superday. Overall they were extremely disorganized. I received and accepted another offer before I could interview further.
