Interviewed with Macquarie for private credit (after I did the spring week, not conversion applied on website)
Phone interview: motivational questions like why the firm, why private credit, 30 min
Super day: 2 interviews
- first interview with 2 business people about motivations and competencies, asking about what kind of work environment you would like and why private credit
- 2nd interview a 'case study': was supposed to be technical asking about what risks might there be in lending to solar company and an airport, brought in some examples from heathrow airport and adding a new runway
