Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview was a phone call mainly screening for knowledge of technicals-- i.e. DCF, understanding cost of equity, etc. After that, I was invited for a second round interview. Also had to take a few tests online related to working style, math/reading comp, and pattern recognition-- don't think these really played as big of a role as the person-to-person interviews. Second round consisted of one group interview with VPs/Directors across the floor, this was mainly behavioral to gauge interest. Following that, the final interview was with a group head who asks you a mix of technicals, brainteasers, and behavioral questions.
