Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On-Campus recruiting, so I dropped my resume and received a first round interview. Had a two-on-one first round interview. Typical walk me through your resume, why Macquarie, why I-Banking. Then started asking technical questions like how is value a company, walk me through a DCF, what is WACC. Second round consisted of an online test that lasted about an hour and a half. Then went to a superday in their New York office. I had 4 back to back interviews ranging from MDs to Associates. Similar questions to first round.
