Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Firstly, SHL testing is done in-house and/or online. Verification tests are also done. They emailed me to book an interview then called anyway to book it in for me. I showed up on the day and was grilled by two people, one HR, one an industry advisor. Overall, a few technical questions which I was unprepared for, given that I'm not a finance major. A few behavioural questions. They take notes and let me ask questions but ended up cutting the interview short because they were falling behind.
