Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I reached out to an alumnus that worked at the firm. He was able to walk me through the recruiting process. I initially applied through the company's website. I received an extensive online IQ test that was comprised of four sections. I was told that as long as you didn't bomb the test it didn't make that big a deal. Soon after I received an invitation to the superday. The superday consisted of two 30 minute interviews, both two-on-one style. The first interview was strictly behavioral and the second was supposed to be technical but came across as very behavioral. I enjoyed everyone I met with.
