Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was interviewed for 3 different groups, with either 1 on 1 interviews or two people. The interviews were quite different two were very calm, with the interviewer simply talking about their role within the company and asking some basic competency and motivational questions. One was harder with brain teasers on probability questions and technical questions to do with derivatives.
