Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and got a phone interview after about a month. After that I was invited for personal assessment which was the standard SHL test (numerical, verbal, and personality). When doing the personality one, try to be consistent rather than "correct". I was invited for final round interview in January 2015, which consisted of an M&A case, which was then discussed (10 questions that you were to prepare for in 1 hour), discussing the case with 2 analysts, and 1 on 1 motivation and competency interview with an associate. After that we had a networking lunch with some analysts and associates from the firm. The culture seemed very much laid back, and the people were very nice and easy to talk to.
