Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round interview arranged through campus recruiting. Interview lasted for 30 minutes with two interviewers. One junior analyst and one senior analyst. As a standard part of the Macquarie recruitment process, the 2nd round of selection consists of a computer-based assessment. If you are selected to progress to this stage, they will email you instructions on how to complete this online assessment. You need to complete this assessment within 48 hours of receiving your invitation. If you do not complete the assessment you will not be able to progress to the next round.
