Investment Banking Summer Analyst

After talking to a couple analysts who were alumni from my University, they each forwarded my resume and info to the head of recruiting. I then had to write a cover letter saying why I wanted to work there specifically, as well as a description of a company that would be considered a leader in their industry. This followed with a modeling prompt, and then a phone interview. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate my schedule after that with another exploding offer.
