graduate software programmee Interview - Quantitative Trading
Candidates who progressed were shortlisted for what appeared to be the final round. In this stage, I was asked to present one of my projects to two engineers. The discussion went in depth, covering the system architecture, design decisions, underlying mechanisms, and broader software engineering considerations related to the project. The conversation was detailed and technical, with a strong emphasis on understanding both high-level structure and low-level implementation choices.
The HR round was mostly standard, nothing particularly unexpected beyond the usual “why quant” and “why finance” type questions.
