The interview process for Mcgladrey was pretty laid back. I was off cycle compared to most hires because of my situation so i interviewed with the students who were looking for FT in the coming fall. I was looking to start right away but this was my best opportunity to get an interview, seeing they were already interviewing. I had two interviews, both with senior people, we then went to a relaxed lunch with four associates on the team and some other candidates. Questions were mostly fit questions and nothing technical other than an understanding of the industry.
