Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I'm from a non-target school near Boston, and so as a sophomore, I decided to apply to Search Fund Accelerator. Interview was a 20 minute skype interview "beer test" / easy techs. Then the final round was held in Boston where I met with my potential financier and pitched a few industries.
