Client Associate

I went through around 7-8 interviews some in person some over the phone or over zoom. The whole process was really dragged out and it was unclear where I stood throughout other than the fact that I was getting advanced. I made it to the final round and didn't end up getting an offer.

It started with a phone interview with Merrill Lynch hiring team who referred me to a specific office/team who then took me through 6-7 interviews about why I was interested and my background/experiences.

Communication was lacking from the interviewing team both to one another and to me; I found myself having to answer the same questions and talk about the same experiences because it seemed they didn't communicate with one another after each interview which led to a really long, slow process.
