Client Associate Interview - Wealth Management
It started with a phone interview with Merrill Lynch hiring team who referred me to a specific office/team who then took me through 6-7 interviews about why I was interested and my background/experiences.
Communication was lacking from the interviewing team both to one another and to me; I found myself having to answer the same questions and talk about the same experiences because it seemed they didn't communicate with one another after each interview which led to a really long, slow process.
