Financial Advisor Summer Analyst

I applied online. About a month later, received an email from the head of campus recruiting. Spoke with a different recruiter on the phone, was invited for a superday a few days later. At the office, I met with the head of the program as well as another analyst in two thirty-minute interviews. Received an offer over the phone less than a week later. Interview was quite qualitative, and became a discussion of some of the work I had done on my resume and how my previous experience would serve me well for the internship. Know your resume, be ready to talk at length about it.
