Initially made connection to broker through waiting tables at the country club. Very easy interview process, essentially landed the position after meeting with the broker once in his office. Background check was the most strenuous part, but as long as you are honest about previous employment history and have no criminal record you will be fine. Office culture is fairly laid back, and all everyone in the office has been incredibly welcoming despite our age difference.
