Quick phone informational, all behavioral.
Then one on one interview at the BH office. Interested in "what I learned" from prior work experience rather than the actual work I did. Saw that I wrote "fluent in ----," so called me out and asked to answer a question in the language. Very interested in on-campus organizations, extra curriculars, and leadership positions. (Got extremely lucky because we were both from the same organization. Then a lot of weight on time flexibility/availability.
After the formal interview, background check at their office in DtLA.
