Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process begins with a resume screening and preliminary phonecall with recruiter. If you make it past the resume screening you are required to take an online test (FIAT) to assess your ability to eventually pass brokerage licensing. The test is about 25 questions, basic arithmetic (percentages, fractions etc.), basic economics and basic personality/reasoning-do not sweat this test. If you pass the FIAT, you are invited for an in-person interview, which you prepare for by creating a business plan for your potential wealth managment practice (you are sent a template for the business plan as well).
