Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A quick phone interview following an invite to the location for a one-on-one. All behavioral based questions. First question was, tell me about yourself. After that went directly into, "What can you bring to the group." Very young management so they can see right through all the BS.
Office was small, about 6 people worked there. Unfortunately I didn't have any experience in PWM or finance in general so I didn't get an offer.
Advice: Have a really good story prepared.
