Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had initial screening call with the recruiter who then put me in touch with a banker in the office I was interested in. Was contacted several days later to let me know I was selected for a superday. The superday consisted of a meeting with everyone in the office from the Analysts to the Head MD. Additionally was asked to take a Harris Williams style case study on the office laptop. 30 minute task with no modeling required.
