The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Interview was very straight forward by another analyst. She asked about my roles on campus as well as my previous experience. Mainly wanted to know if I was more qualitative vs quantitative and expand from there. Overall she let me do most of the talking and was not very descriptive with my role within the firm. Did mention that I would get more information as I proceeded into the different rounds and that I would be given a case competition that was timed for the second round of the interview.
Interview Questions
Not really difficult per say just ask whether you value yourself as more as a quantitative vs a qualitative thinker and how you approach a task. The interview seemed more like a psychological assessment rather than a normal technical interview. Seemed very unorthodox couldn't tell whether its because it's a relatively new firm or rather if it was deliberate. However, the interviewer wanted me to be as descriptive as I could on how I would tackle inefficiencies in my team and how I handle difficult coworkers.

Interview
I'm convinced these guys are beta testing their data analysis method by using interviewees as a control group. Predators.
Interview Questions
First, undergo a preliminary 20 minute, general interview.
Next, wait and then sign a 4 page NDA.
Next, NDA signed and then you're asked to analyze excerpts from 4 earnings calls, highlighting keywords and then giving your analysis. 35 minutes.
Next, a 25 min recap of why you chose specific keywords and thought the things you did. They ask you based on reading four 1 paragraph excerpts from earnings calls whether you'd sell, neutral or buy the shares related to the discussion without further context. This is recorded btw.
Next, in 30 seconds, a person who turns out not to be a hiring manager explains that hiring meetings are on Mondays. Also, that if they choose to pursue furthering the process with you, there will be 3 more rounds, this time with an actual hiring manager.

My evidence for claiming their beta testing their software using interviewees as Guinea Pigs is based on a hunch. Their process is too unorthodox and insensitive to anything other than you helping give them data relating to their data analysis method.
