Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview was very straight forward by another analyst. She asked about my roles on campus as well as my previous experience. Mainly wanted to know if I was more qualitative vs quantitative and expand from there. Overall she let me do most of the talking and was not very descriptive with my role within the firm. Did mention that I would get more information as I proceeded into the different rounds and that I would be given a case competition that was timed for the second round of the interview.
