Debt Capital Markets Graduate

Applied on the company website. Submitted resume and optional Cover Letter. Had to fill a couple of boxes on the application answering questions like "Explain what you think Capital Markets is", "Why did you apply to this role?", "Discuss a recent event in the market".
Received an email from HR about two weeks later to set up a video interview with an outsourced HR agency.
Had HR video interview lasting about 45 mins. Mostly behavioral and motivation for the role. HR was mostly just reading prompt questions and typing the answers down. No back and forth or conversations which makes it very robotic and impersonal.
Didn't hear anything from the HR agency or Mizuho HR despite multiple follow ups. Received an automated rejection email about a month and a half after the video interview.
