Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was pretty standard, was asked to walk through three financial statements, tell me about your self, and a time I demonstrated leadership. Call lasted about 30 minutes.
Superday was like a week after, scheduled to talk to 5 people, but 2 got sick. Was asked questions on EV formula, and lots of behaviorals.
