Summer Analyst

I submitted an application 2 days after they dropped on Adventis.

I later learned Mizuho has a campus recruiting team for my school, which is how my resume was selected for a first-round interview (I didn't network to get an interview).

About 1 month after I applied I was invited for the R1. A week after the invite was extended I actually had the R1, which was over Zoom (it was 2 30-min interviews, one was standard IB technicals + behaviorals, the other was market questions + behaviorals.

1 day after my R1 I was told I advanced to the superday which was in-person in their NYC office. The superday was 3 30-min interviews (1 entirely technical, 1 entirely behavioral, and 1 that was a mix of market questions and behavioral questions).

I was called within less than 24 hours of the superday, and was told I had an offer. 1 hour after that phone call I was sent a formal offer letter on workday.

Superday Technical Round with VP

Superday Behavioral Round with Director
- TMAY, Why banking, What group are you interested in and why, Then he just asked me about my extracurriculars and I spent most of the interview asking him questions after he asked me if I had any questions for him (the interview went over because over conversation lasted a while)
